The Start-Up Game™ engages participants and encourages them to be, think and act differently to thrive in an uncertain and disruptive world.

 

It uses innovation as the glue to empower people to be, think, and act differently and to safely experiment with language, key states, mindsets, behaviours, innovative thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills used by successful intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs, and innovators.​

Where can it be used?

​The Start-Up Game can be customised and integrated into corporate and team conferences, strategic planning sessions, business transformation initiiatives, and leadership and executive team development programs.

 

It supports the implementation of cultural and digital change initiatives, including change management efforts, team coaching and team development programs by bringing innovation principles and skills to life.

This dynamic simulation challenges players to work towards a better world, where cooperation and trust lead to sustained progress. It teaches what this means by creating innovative, fit-for-purpose business ventures that address large-scale global challenges, guided by six of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
